Background (Profile)	Sherry Fotopoulos is a metalsmith located in San Antonio, Texas. She has taught locally and around the country, presenting classes in the use of hydraulic press in shaping metal and tinsmithing. She has been recognized for her most recent work, large architectural commissions.
What I like about PMC	PMC is THE answer for allowing everyone from hobbist to artist in so many media to incorporate silver and gold into their personal work without the arduous study of traditional metalsmithing.
Specialty Skill (PMC Technique)	My personal work with PMC employs many techniques for creating large, sculptural statement pieces. These include necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings, as well as mixed media sculpture.
Teaching Area	I travel a great deal from Fairbanks, Alaska, to Mexico City, and from Ithaca, New York, to Tucson, Arizona, teaching PMC and related classes. My home base is San Antonio, Texas, where Studio SFoto rocks on a regular basis with people from the global metal clay community joining in the FUN!
