Leslie Tieke is a teacher and studio artist living in Seymour, TN. She has pursued her artistic endeavors for the past thirty years, and has worked in a variety of artistic fields. She is most passionate about working with precious metal clay, enamels and polymer clay and has a true love for color and cats.
Leslie has her degree in Human Ecology, from the University of Tennessee
and enjoys The diversity of the Smoky Mountain craft community. She co-
founded Tennessee's first polymer clay guild. Her creative store called
"Tieke" moved from it's brick and mortar location to the internet
in 2009. The web address is www.tieke.net. Here you will find not only PMC
supplies and inspiration, but a beautiful selection of art-wear, jewelry,
art-cessories and specialty products that promote women's health and wellness.
The former store location has become the Tieke Creativity Center, where
Leslie teaches her classes. As a Senior Instructor, she teaches PMC Level
1 and Level ll Certification classes, and specialty classes that focus on
enameling on PMC.
Everything! It is so much fun.
